ArtistryBazaar was born out of a profound vision—to share India's rich heritage of handmade artistry with the world and to uplift the artisans behind each product. Founded by Ankit Tyagi, ArtistryBazaar emerged as a platform that cherishes and honors traditional craftsmanship from across India while enabling artisans to earn a dignified livelihood. From picture frames and home decor to intricate, one-of-a-kind handicrafts, our mission is simple: to connect Indian artisans with global admirers of handcrafted art.
Building ArtistryBazaar has been both challenging and rewarding. In the early days, I visited more than 50 cities—all in search of unique crafts. Some of the cities are Moradabad, Firozabad, Khurja, Agra, Nagina, Saharanpur, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Meerut, Roorkee, Amritsar, Modinagar, Kolkata, and Guwahati. In this exploration, I met thousands of highly skilled artisans from different areas of India. Every region brought new stories, like meeting an artisan who lived in a remote village accessible only by foot. Seeing his gratitude and the joy in his eyes reaffirmed my mission. ArtistryBazaar became my way to bring these stories and artworks to the world.
Today, ArtistryBazaar stands among India's leading B2B platforms for handcrafted goods. We've established two warehouses in Tracy, California, and Mohali, Punjab, to ensure a seamless supply chain for our clients. With a growing team of experts and over 20,000 artisans connected to us, ArtistryBazaar is expanding its footprint globally, enabling artisans to reach audiences they had only dreamed of.
I felt a strong calling to support the artisans from my hometown and beyond. ArtistryBazaar was founded—not just as a business but as a platform to give tribute and promote India's incredible handicraft legacy.

Growing up in Saharanpur, the "Hub of Handicrafts" in India, I was surrounded by passionate artisans who poured their hearts into every craft they crafted. Despite their remarkable skills, I saw firsthand how these artisans struggled to make ends meet.
After dedicating 15 years to a corporate career, I established my first startup, Backup Infotech. Meanwhile, as I travelled across the USA, Europe, and beyond to meet clients, I noticed the deep admiration for Indian handmade crafts abroad.
This global appreciation fueled my determination to build a bridge between these artisans and an international audience. Thus, ArtistryBazaar was born.
As we continue this journey, our vision is clear: to make ArtistryBazaar a global emblem of Indian craftsmanship. Our commitment goes beyond commerce. We invest in teaching artisans new techniques, helping them evolve with trends, and ensuring that every artisan finds pride and purpose in their work.
